/// Encounter

Encounter

This option is designed for individuals desiring ten months of intense discipleship and mentoring. Encounter is for those ready to be pushed, challenged and stretched to new levels of spiritual disciplines, servant-hood, fasting, prayer and Biblical knowledge. The Encounter track is designed for those who are ready for ten months of seeking the face of God, establishing a solid identity in Christ and wanting to give ten months of their life to serve the local church, the poor, the hurting and the forgotten. It doesn't matter where you come from, or where you were heading, the Encounter Track is for anyone ready to radically become more like Christ!

/// Equip

Equip

This option is designed for individuals desiring to pursue full-time vocational ministry. Interns fully experience the realities of working at a church full-time, and get to be a part of staff meetings and retreats, as well as have access to staff for specialized training and mentoring. Equip incorporates all the discipleship aspects of the Encounter track and allows for interns to serve in specific areas of ministry for focused hands on ministry experience.

Since the commitment is full-time, interns are unable to hold a consistent part-time or full-time job, unless the intern is in Full-Time for Marrieds. All Equip interns must raise tuition and personal expenses before entering Healing Place School of Ministry since they are unable to hold a job during their enrollment. Equip Interns will have off most Saturdays and Mondays.

To catapult interns into the destiny God has for their life and to equip them to be a world changer, the Equip Track offers two years of training. The goal of these two years is to train up potential missionaries, pastors, church staff, worship leaders and graphic designers with the necessary gift sets to be sent out to serve.

/// Launch

Missions

This option is designed for individuals ready to be sent out through Healing Place Church, whether to another HPC campus, an ARC Church Plant, as a missionary overseas or other ministry opportunity. The Launch track offers an incredible opportunity for the individual that is ready for the next step God has for them vocationally. This track is personalized depending on the individual and location/position the intern is being trained for. The focus of this time is specialized mentoring and training under specific HPC pastors. The length, schedule and cost for each intern are all dependent on the training needed. The intern and the HPSM staff work to create a schedule that will fully prepare the intern for the next step. Individuals must be recommended for the Launch track by another Bible College, Pastor, or HPSM staff before the intern can begin the application process.
